General rented

General rented housing provides affordable homes for people on low incomes. Our rented properties are available at lower rents than open market. We have waiting lists for homes to rent in all parts of the country. Please contact your local office for details on applying for housing in your area.

Sheltered housing

Sanctuarys sheltered housing schemes provide older people with high quality accommodation and support services, allowing residents to live in comfort, security and independently. Residents have their own accommodation complete with front door and key, and also have access to a range of additional services including support from sheltered housing staff and a 24-hour emergency alarm system. Keyworker accommodation

Sanctuary Management Services provides key workers with affordable homes close to their place of work.
