We want you to enjoy living in your home. We aim to give you as much help and support as we can to help you to settle in. We can give you advice about contents insurance and tips on how to save energy around your home. 

We will also tell you what our responsibilities are and what your responsibilities are for repairs and redecorating. You can find out more in your tenants’ handbook.

There may come a time when you may need to move to another home. It could be that your family has grown and your home has become overcrowded. Whatever your circumstances we will do our best to help.
